Holly Friday

To help you in your today's meditation, please find herebelow a short presentation of Holy Friday events:

- midnignt : Jesus is arrested
     - Jesus requests that his Apostles be preserved
     - Jesus cure the ear of the high priest's slave
- 3h: Jesus is led to Annas
     - denying of St Peter. The rooster crowed
     - Jesus is led to Caiaphas
- 6h: Jesus is brought to Pilate
     - Judgement by Pilate : " What is truth?"
- 9h: Pilate judging Jesus
     - The Jews request Barabbas instead of Jesus
     - Jesus is scourged and crowned with thorns
     - "Behold, the Man!"
- 12h: Jesus is out, on The Paveme
     - The Jews aske Jesus to be crucified
     - Jesus is handed over to the Jews
- 15h: Jesus is cricified
     - "Woman, behold, your son!"  and "Behold, your mother!"
- 18h : Jesus gives up His spirit!
     - "It is finished!"
     - Then Jesus is taken from the Holy Cross to a tomb, a new one.
